The Flower of Life – An Important Symbol of Ascension

The Flower of Life (FOL) is a symbol steeped in mythology but relevant to the modern and current world. Its symmetry is sacred and healing in nature and can be used by the healer and lightworker in conjunction with the codes and rays of Creation to extinguish darkness and activate the light. The Flower of Life in its simplicity, that is, one flower on its own, is enough to activate powerful light codes that connect each person to their Christed-self through repeated symbols of infinity. The three intersecting infinity symbols within each flower represent the sacred triad, or each person’s etheric replica and is therefore a crucial tool in helping each person to cleanse and reharmonise soul fragments to bring the person back into alignment with their I AM Presence. If one considers that the rays held within the sacred triad are those of diamond, silver and gold, the power of the symbol will become clear. Each flower is situated in a circle, which represents infinity as well as the never-ending Circle of Life that is cyclic and symbiotic in nature.

 If one examines the diagram closely, the entire picture represents the Omniverse. The 12 circles represent the 12 universes within. They are all interlocking, which represents Oneness. 12 is the number of Creation and thus of every person’s own divinity. It contains the 12 rays of light which make up the white light of the Source of Creation. When one consciously connects to this light, their spiritual journey will become a way of life and a crucial part of the ascension of Earth.

The magic of life and of Creation itself is held within every petal and intersection of the lines within the symbol of the Flower of Life. It is the first symbol of Ascension, activating light codes within each chakra that open the person to higher levels of consciousness. The frequency of the codes are dependent upon the person’s current level of consciousness, as well as their ability to hold the vibrations in their energy fields without succumbing to the lower energies of 3D Earth. Without mindful intent, raised vibrations can plummet very quickly when a person allows the negativity of other people’s realities to permeate their consciousness. Along with the Violet Flame of Transmutation, using the Flower of Life as a tool of Ascension is one of the most powerful things one can do to help bring Earth out of transition and fully into the Age of Aquarius.

When sending healing to oneself, align the FOL symbol symmetrically to your body. The six petals represent our connection to the four elements, the Universe and Mother Earth and symbolise our infinite connection as well as the ability to continuously renew our vibrations. Rising Above the Global Pandemic of Illusion

The world finds itself at a crossroads of global uncertainty. The original concern about the spread of disease has now been overtaken by the need to be vaccinated. While the pandemic has forced isolation, lockdowns and disconnection, mandated vaccinations is now dividing nations, countries and families. This situation is proving to be as divisive as religious belief, but are people looking at the hidden agendas behind it all?

Those choosing not to get vaccinated will find themselves excluded from society in many ways. It is this very paradigm that will facilitate a collapse of social order, as their right to choose will be viewed by many as an attack on societal freedom. The disconnection and divisiveness that this issue causes amongst friends, families and communities cannot be ignored, nor should those choosing against vaccination be blamed for their decision. There has been much misinformation and propaganda spread in the media and on social media about the vaccination and virus alike. Not all information or research about the available vaccinations are false, but there is a lot of conflicting information, making it almost impossible for any person to make a personal judgement about the vaccine.

With information on how disease spreads, medications that are taken, percentages of people who have died from cancer, kidney disease, viruses and infections and research having broken through the clinical barriers for curing these diseases, why aren’t all people now being given the appropriate treatments to protect them from dying? Why is climate change not being addressed without all the rhetoric and grandstanding? Why are large masses of people still dying of hunger or being ripped apart by war and violence? Why are women and children still living in societies without rights and at the mercy of men who have no love or compassion in their hearts? a Who is really driving the wheels of government and why are they not helping countries of the world to become safe, sustainable and progressive?

We have spoken before of the dark forces who work insidiously to undermine the greater good of mankind. The etheric forces of evil harnessed by souls who remain in ego and self-serving ways eventually take them over, leading them to become hard of heart and unable to feel empathy for others. There are many people in positions of power whose words defy their actions and whose intentions, seemingly of integrity are the exact opposite. The smokescreens they erect are elaborate, deliberate and clever.

Now, with the global pandemic sweeping the world, the opportunities for the dark forces to tighten their grip on the global economy has fallen in their lap and they are wasting no time in making the world a misery. The political agendas behind the tracking of personal information are deeper than the public are aware, but government bodies are also being deceived by these higher powers, some of whom are in positions of power within those bodies. The need to track, manipulate and control individuals and corporations may seemingly have been triggered by the pandemic, but has actually been going on for centuries. The pandemic has allowed it to become more open, but not more transparent.

So, as there are councils of Masters of Light, there are also councils of darkness. These councils exist in lower dimensions of the spirit world and contain entities that may or may not have once existed on Earth. There are also other beings who have infiltrated the planet whose need for domination and control is like a drug that is all consuming. Any being who is driven by darkness is incapable of love, compassion and empathy and will always find ways of feeding their ego and self-driven needs, usually at the expense of others. Free will means nothing to these lost souls and the resulting karma is of no concern to them while their hunger for power and control continues to be quenched.

There are many people on Earth who have been consumed by this energy, but there are just as many who are actually not human. They live and work alongside unsuspecting humans every day and have families, friends and seemingly normal lives. These people usually rise to positions of power extremely quickly, often backed by unseen forces who fell many a foe in their wake.  These people are elected or appointed with impeccable credentials and on a wave of popularity with the hopes and prayers of the people and the promise of great and positive change. Once in power, however, the hopes quickly die as the decisions made by these presidents, premiers, colonels, CEOs, chancellors, bishops and chairpersons create great wealth for their own and their benefactors’ pockets and more poverty and hardship for the masses. However, the veil is lifting now. In the next year, governments, corporations and powerful individuals will find themselves exposed, if that has not happened already.

However, for many humans, the damage has been done. Alongside deaths from disease and illness, suicide is becoming an increasing problem amongst young to middle-aged people in western societies. Across the board, men, women and even children in civilized countries are experiencing severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks that is hindering their ability to enjoy life or want to keep living. The causes are varied, often personal and complicated, but disconnection from Source and therefore their higher selves is the main reason people can no longer find any hope. While global events are causing the vibrations within the Human Collective Consciousness to be particularly low, they are not the main culprit for the sharp increase in the number of people being so disconnected, disillusioned and trapped in despair. The predominant reason is fear of failure, particularly in young men, alongside an inability to see outside of their own problems and ego-driven needs. Once anyone in depression hits the mark of despair, all they can see is black. Turning to drugs, alcohol and other substances makes it all ten times worse. The inability to turn things around for the better is usually underpinned by a total lack of faith in themselves to be able to create anything successful or positive, and the negative self-talk that is continuously in their heads leads them to the conclusion that death is the only way out.

So, is all on Earth lost? Has humanity been taken over by the dark, with no hope at all?

Many messengers on Earth are heralding significant and often catastrophic changes to the conditions of living on Earth within the coming weeks and months. In most cases, cataclysmic weather and natural disaster events are a long time in the making, as Mother Earth resiliently tries to counter each attack by human individuals, corporations and societies on her resources and energy. At breaking point and unable to withstand the dark, corrupt energy of ego that has resulted in war, terrorism, injustice and the vile way humans treat each other, not to mention the raping, pillaging, pollution and plundering of her sacred treasures over centuries, the spirit of Mother Earth, Gaia, is leaving; she cannot protect third dimensional Earth any longer. With the golden age of Aquarius in Earth’s ascended state evolving and progressing at a startling rate, her own ascension is complete and her mission on the old Earth has terminated. She must now leave those who have chosen to ignore the stirrings of their heart and the song in their soul to their chosen fate and move into the New Age to welcome and accommodate the ascended ones. Time has literally run out and any choice that may have been open to those wavering in their belief of their own divinity is dwindling. There are now only two choices humanity has at their disposal  – wake up or face the dire consequences.

Ascension is a divine consciousness that grows existentially in the minds of those who have chosen to awaken at a certain time in their human lifetime. It brings the individual into alignment with their divine blueprint as outlined in their soul contract, in accordance to the lessons they have learnt and the mastery they have achieved over their lifetimes. Many people are now becoming cognizant of their soul journey and if they have agreed to be wayshowers for Ascension, because they are discovering psychic connections and gifts that have been hidden from them until their awakening.

 The ascension of humanity was never meant to take as long as it has but, until 2020, the masses have largely allowed themselves to be sheep and herded in any direction the masters of darkness have led them. Too used to believing what is told to them or what can only be seen with the naked eye, the mechanics of corruption have escaped most but an astute few. However, the arrival of a global pandemic and the resulting heavy-handed tactics of government to lock down and then vaccinate against the growing wave of disease and death have had an astounding effect on the spiritual consciousness of man. The tide has turned, and the long-awaited mass ascension has finally begun.

Slowly and steadily, the light has been overtaking the dark, causing the attempts to quell the rumblings of dissention and mass awakening by those serving themselves] to become even more desperate. The Covid 19 pandemic is one of many calamitous events that have been a convenient vehicle to ‘cleanse’ the planet and to keep humanity’s awakening at bay, but it is coming to a head and will have the exact opposite effect on the consciousness of mankind that those who have chosen the dark path ever intended.  Yes, there is still fear, and conspiracy theories abound, many of them true but discounted by those who cannot believe that humans could wage war upon their fellow man, but light always suppresses the dark and truth will always prevail.

The ascended Earth is not on another planet but in a different and higher dimension. It is where you are but requires a different and higher level of awareness. It encompasses the crumbling, third dimensional Earth in a way that allows people of different consciousnesses to co-exist until the lower energies can no longer sustain themselves in the higher vibrations of love, tolerance and unity. The Age of Aquarius, the Golden Age, is literally entombing the unascended Earth and taking the darkness with it.

Fear divides and love unites. Love is all there is! There is nothing that cannot be overcome when one is working from the heart with loving intention without hidden agendas. Do not allow yourself to lose sight of who you are in spirit or of your connection to the powers of the universe that are your tools to overcome the hardships, injustices or dilemmas you are facing.  All else is illusion and will only become reality if you believe it to be so. So, now is the time to connect to the Divine truth of who you are and what your soul purpose and path is. This will guide you to make decisions based on love and truth, not fear or manipulation.

The world and humanity will prevail over Covid-19, however long it takes, but it is what happens afterwards when it has finally been controlled that is of the most importance. The book is written, so to speak, but the ending is not, because what is happening is very much dependent on the decisions of a few and the reactions of the masses. It is an ending that can have many different scenarios, dependent on the choices that are made now and into the future.

You, as an individual, now must look outside of the global pandemic, vaccination mandates and governmental heavy handedness to fine your higher truth. What is the lesson for you? It is only by looking outside of and above the story, as if looking down objectively, and connecting to your etheric truth, that you will know how you can rise above the multi-dimensional web of lies and deceit that has been cast over humanity over many centuries.

Find the Love

Imagine if you will, that the Universe is a giant sphere. It is every colour of the rainbow but radiates pure, white light. Within this sphere there is nothing! No people, no things, no thoughts….there is only potential for creation.

When you enter this sphere, you immediately feel loved. The sense of peace and tranquillity envelops you as you find yourself immediately calm, peaceful and at one with this beautiful light. As you begin to think, the colours around you immediately change. A thought may be blue, but the intensity of the thought and the intention behind it will create a darker or lighter hue of colour. If you think about a person, their image immediately appears and attaches to the thought. If you think about the past, it immediately gains form and, even if you have let it go, attaches to you again. Whatever you think or say creates form in this sphere of light.

The vibration of these thoughts and words have a dramatic influence on the creations and realities that are formed. The colours of the world you are creating reflect the depths of love, hatred, joy, despair, humility, ego, negativity or positivity on which they are based. The love you at first felt may strengthen or it may weaken extensively, depending on the frequencies of light contained within the colours of your creations. If the creations multiply themselves on negative frequencies, you may soon feel lost within a world of darkness and illusions, eventually feeling so hemmed in that you find yourself with no room to move, no choices, no possibilities and no hope. If you have been able to keep your thoughts and words positive, or to monitor your creations and transmute them to higher frequencies, the sphere around you will remain bright and you will find more opportunities to expand your horizons within this positive reality you have created.

This, dear ones, is how the Universe works. You are all co-creators born of the Sphere of Creation, which is Source. The energy within this sphere is unconditional love, meaning that everything created in the universe has stemmed from this source and is therefore one with it.

Take a moment now to consider a time when you were angry with someone you love. You may have had a disagreement or been extremely worried, but all you could say were hurtful things. On the surface, it may have seemed your disposition towards that person was not loving, but the driving force behind the words was love, albeit hidden at the time.

You may have heard the phrase ”Love is all there is.” The Source of the Creation of the Universe is unconditional love, therefore everything that has ever been created is underpinned with the same loving energy. At the time of creation, love is the only reality. All toxic emotions are the created out of emotional reactions and mental thought in response to a person or situation based upon a person’s belief system. Even the most ‘damaged’ person contains the seed of love within them, and unlocking it is difficult but not impossible. Love makes anything possible.

Love is within all things, including disease, viruses, hatred and war. While the driving force behind atrocities may appear devoid of any kind of compassion or empathy, there will always be a connected truth that has meaning to the instigator. There is also likely to be a story associated with people who act violently or dis-compassionately that shows a lack of love in the upbringing of the person/s involved. Knowing their story and showing compassion to the person, not the act or words, is a good start to repairing the damage that a childhood devoid of loving connection can do.

Love is much more than a feeling or a state of being because it is the basis of Creation. You are all one with the light and create with every belief, thought, word and deed. The realities of your world are a direct consequence of the vibrations of the energies you emit because creation within the Universe happens as soon as energy is given to it. The energy then multiplies, creating in the same frequency of its ‘source’ of origin.

Look for the love, dear hearts, and use it to diffuse hatred, to forgive and let go and to build a new story for all based on mutual respect and understanding.

The Power of Intention and Belief

In the energy of love, one is a warrior of the light. There is no fear, only the strong belief in self and in the universe/source of creation that provides on demand and when needed. The worries of the physical world are present but not all consuming, because the person living in connection with the All has tools to assist them to stay above the shadows that lurk in every corner. They become wayshowers and leaders, teachers and guides to assist others to learn how to protect themselves from attack and to project love out to the world.

God, our Creator, is the greatest protector of all. He/She is a magician who can turn the darkest night into the brightest day, poison into water and hatred into love. He/She loves with a purity that transforms fear into certainty and weakness into strength. The warrior of light has only to intend to be connected to Source and it will be manifest. As this energy has no conditions or attachments to it, the protection it affords will be impenetrable. Again, the belief behind the intention must be just as strong. There is no mandate for religion or any other boundary required to be connected to the light and love of Source, only belief in yourself that you are worthy of being loved.  

When you intend that you are protected, you project an energetic force shield around yourself that is like a bubble. Your energy field, or aura, will be strong and vibrant, shielding you from absorbing the lower vibrations of ego, anger, jealousy and gossip. It is invisible to the naked eye but as strong as the belief behind your intention. Those whose hearts are shut off to the light will always try to bring darkness to others, but it is only the ones who live in fear who are truly unprotected. Whatever you believe, you create, so the stronger the conviction behind the belief, the greater the warrior you will be.

Once your force shield is in place, you must ensure its continued strength and impenetrability. The more you look after your body, mind and spirit the stronger it will be. The strength of your protection will be affected by doubt, insecurities, worry, fear and toxic emotions such as hatred and anger. It will also be weakened by a poor diet, substance abuse, lack of sleep and stress. Daily practices such as meditation, mantras, affirmations and the expression of gratitude for your life will help to clear and maintain your auric field and your connection to the protection of Source.

In these troubled times, it is easy to feel weighed down with worry and despair. It is so hard to stay positive but, dear hearts, that is exactly what you must work hard to do, because the more positivity there is in the world, the higher the vibration. This is important because energy creates more of the same energy, so the more people that extract themselves from the gloom of society, the easier it will be to bring in love and light to transform your reality.

Water is the element of the emotions, dear ones, and is very calming and grounding in times where your mind is troubled and your heart is racing. A calm mind will help to calm the physical body and thus bring you into a more peaceful emotional state. If you cannot walk near water, try this little meditation to relieve you of stress and to help you to relax.

Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Firstly, see, feel or imagine my energy around you as a warm and soft cloak made of the finest silk. The colour is pink turning to lilac and, as it wraps gently around your shoulders, it makes you feel completely safe and you immediately begin to relax. See, feel or imagine yourself sitting on soft grass on the bank of a beautiful lake, which is surrounded by reeds and wildflowers. You feel a soft breeze on your face and the sun warm on your skin. The lazy buzz of insects makes you feel drowsy as you watch ducks swim and see the odd frog hopping on lily pads.

The water is still and calm. The lake is deep and the water is beautifully clear. As you watch the water, its calmness gives you an inner peace that you have not felt for a long time. In your mind’s eye, you lay back and absorb the stillness into your being, wrapped in my cloak and surrounded by the simplicity of nature.

When your mind begins to wander, bring your focus back to my energy which is wrapped around you like a cloak. I am now sending healing to your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. As my energy soaks into your being, you feel a rush of release from your chakras, aura and physical body, allowing negative energies to be replaced by love, light and the higher vibration of joy. As my cloak is lifted from your shoulders, you feel a strong grounding sensation and you gently come back to the room feeling peaceful, centred and very loved.

Vaccination isn’t the conspiracy: we wish to make that very clear. Instead, it is the key to unlock the snakepit of decades of dark lies and underworld manipulation of the masses. By October 2021 the virus will officially have overrun the planet. Governments will be forced to abandon lockdowns, but vaccination will be mandated. Chaos will reign in humanity for three weeks, verging on anarchy, as people rebel against the restrictions placed upon their freedom. Then, suddenly, towards the end of the year, cases and deaths will begin declining while the fallout takes surprising and sometimes calamitous turns. . Many truths will come to the surface and many monumental government/institutional collapses will occur.

In that time, the ascended earth and humanity will have taken over and the rebuilding of societies will begin. Human consciousness raising to the 5th dimension is the answer. YOU are the solution.

What of the spirit of Mother Earth, Gaia? She cannot remain in the old Earth as the energy is now far too toxic for her, but she has now evolved to a higher frequency of light and is waiting to greet all of those whose raised consciousness allows them to see and recognise her beauty.

Gaia is now Goddess Gaia and her energy reflects the golden rays of oneness. Her energy is still crystalline with the golden ray throughout. The golden, God Ray is the 12th chakra ray and encompasses all other rays. Connecting to this ray and using it for healing yourself, others and the Earth is literally the same as being in the Seventh Plane of Existence. It is the ray that oversees the Age of Aquarius and is now revealing itself in established healing modalities around the globe.

We are at an exciting stage of Ascension as it is finally concluding. Have no fear, because the chaos will be short-lived, as long as those who are ascended can assist those who are still awakening.

Finding God Within

Imagine a place where everything just is. There are no people, no things, no duality and no judgement. In this place there is only light and the only feeling that exists is peace. Nothing you can do or say, absolutely nothing at all, is wrong and there is never any judgement. In this place you can just be, your body is perfect and healing is instant. Where is this place?

Some people call it the Seventh Plane of Existence, others call it the Creator of All That Is, the Fifth Dimension or even God, but really it is your highest consciousness and it is within you all. When you reach this consciousness, you will know what it is to love yourself and others without condition, without listening to the judgement and condemnation of others and without fear. You will have achieved the consciousness of Oneness.

The energy of All That Is requires nothing – no religion, no forgiveness, no retribution for sins and no payback because it is unconditional and therefore non-discriminatory. It is everywhere but nowhere, as it cannot be seen or heard unless one knows where to look. It is not heaven, but it feels like it. This is the place where thoughts become form and destinies are realised, where healing is instant and questions are answered with truth and honesty.

I am God – where will you find me? Look no further than within your heart, for I am the very essence of you. You and I are intrinsically a part of each other because, in the energy of All That Is there is no separation. Everything that has ever come into existence in the Universe forms a part of the All and is therefore connected as one. I am within you, around you and one with you.

How do you talk to me? In your mind and your thoughts, specifically and with intention. How do you hear me? Empty your mind and trust what comes. How do you feel me? In the stillness of your being. Writing Your Personality – Are You Who You Think You Are?

When you listen to birdsong, the type of call will instantly identify the species of bird it belongs to. While each bird of the one species will initially look and sound the same, individual birds can show vast differences in personality, ranging from happy, shy, vindictive or cheeky, regardless of their upbringing and/or environment, age or length of time in captivity. Humans keeping any animal as a pet will notice unique characteristics in their pet’s behaviour that would make it instantly recognizable to them, even if it were surrounded by others of its own kind.

Humans also develop their own personality at a very early age and can show certain behavioural characteristics, dispositions and attitudes in their interactions with their families that can seem far removed from any family genetic tendencies or traits. How is it that a child of happy disposition can thrive in a family that shows little love, that a child can be anxious from the time of birth despite it being born into a calm and loving family? Why are there so many people in the world homeless, lost, angry, nasty or narcissistic, even though their upbringing was one of the utmost care, compassion and excellent educational opportunities?

The nature versus nurture debate has always been a question that has many explanations but no definitive answers. While it can reasonably argued that love is the highest source of energy, the harsh environments in which many children are born into can greatly influence a person’s outlook on life and self-belief. However, many people’s personalities belie any outside influences. Why is this so?

Those who practise astrology, numerology, palmistry and other forms of physical visionary practices that show all that has already been written will seem to ‘read’ a person like a book. Their ability to pinpoint a person’s personality traits and life’s path are more often than not astoundingly accurate, leaving people in awe and wonder as to how their life could already be written as if it has already happened. How is it that the lines on the palm of your hand, the date and time you were born or the alignment of planets at the time of birth can literally form a map of your life, including an accurate description of your personality traits?

The essence of who you are comes from the aspects of your soul that have already experienced life in its many aspects, forms and levels of consciousness. The paths you have chosen in previous lifetimes and the lessons you have learnt and forgone, the trauma you have overcome or held onto and the amount of soul fragments that have fractured and been created over the span of your incarnations all contribute to the vibrational frequency of consciousness that you are born with. Put simply, your personality and disposition to life are reflections and refractions of your soul journey up to this lifetime.

How is it written in the stars, the numbers and in the lines on your skin?

Everything is written in the Akashic records of your lifetimes. Your soul group writes each soul fragment’s destiny according to its journey and its obligations under spiritual law. As each lifetime is completed, the next is planned and set in agreeance with the soul group, including when and where you will be born, the lessons you need to learn, the karma that must be repaid and the service you wish to achieve in your lifetime. When you are born, it is just as has been written by you and the soul group, and the map of your journey to come is mapped on the palm of your hand. Very little of what happens in a person’s lifetime is a deviation from the over soul and soul group’s plan, but it is possible for a soul to choose to end one’s life early if the plan has become impossible to finish due to karmic intervention or other extreme circumstances.

The laws of Creation are vast and complicated, but the nature of Creation is simple. In the moment of birth, the alignment of the spirit and soul with the body is completed and the intention to live in human form becomes a reality. The day, date and time of your birth are a crucial influence in the nature of your personality and how you will approach life. Your personality is born when you are born, because the manner in which the planets are aligned form a code that is specific to your birth and the intentions that your soul holds for the life you will live, the lessons you will learn and what you will accomplish. In essence, your personality and disposition to life are already written.

Can a nasty person ever become nice over a lifetime? Adversely, is it possible for a trusting person to become bitter, sceptical and untrusting throughout their lifetime? Yes, it is certainly possible for a person’s personality traits and belief systems to be changed through environmental intervention, which is not always written, according to the choices made and the karma that has been inflicted upon them by the free will of others, or the karma they have chosen to invoke. However, the lessons the person has chosen to learn also have a major influence on their ability to overcome negative or positive environmental factors or lack of nurturing, particularly if the lesson has been unlearned for a few lifetimes. It is entirely possible for a person to become stuck in a lesson that becomes a soul contract that is difficult to break out of, causing them to repeat mistakes over and over in a lifetime or even across lifetimes. It is also possible that a person will lose their way so much that the lesson they most wish to learn becomes lost to them and they change their path irrevocably.

All humans have a shadow side which many choose to hide from others. By accepting the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ aspects of your personality an making a conscious effort to be mindful of the impact your behaviour has on others, you will be actively raising your consciousness and stepping into the truth of your soul’s journey and purpose. “You are who you are” is a phrase that is pertinent to remember, for it is written in the lines on your skin and in your personal record in the Akasha.

So, who are you? How much have you allowed your environment to change or shape you for the better or worse? Are you mindful of the impact your behaviour, disposition and approach to life affects your reality and the people around you? How much responsibility are you willing to take to rewrite your personality, if it is getting in the way of your spiritual growth and personal happiness?

Reharmonise and Awaken!

Take a breath and breathe out deeply into your core. Centre your energy there and feel into the energy of your body. How tense or relaxed are you? Are you anxious, worried, angry or restless, or are you calm, centred and feeling positive in your outlook?

Now check in on your thoughts. What have you been saying to yourself? Are your thoughts positive or predominantly negative? Is your mind constantly racing, or are you able to monitor your mind and bring it under control?

Now consider what, in the sphere of your reality, is not resonating within you? What ‘truths’ are feeling misaligned with your belief systems? How are you being forced, in some way or another, to conform to societal beliefs and expectations without realising that they are not at all aligned to your truths and beliefs? When you make the time to consider the above questions, the depths to which your energies are misaligned and unbalance will become clearer to you. If you have been tired, dispirited, negative in your disposition or angry for no reason, it is possible that the density of the Third Dimension has lowered your vibrations and caught you in its quagmire. It is also possible that you have not been honest with yourself and it is time to face whatever is not resonating with you with courage and the utmost honesty.

Every living thing came into existence in harmony with the Earth’s harmonic resonance. In the moment of creation the energy of love was all that was present, meaning that the essence of the unconditional love of the Creator of All That Is is within every single organism and human being on the planet. The vibrational frequency of love is the highest source of energy and the only human emotion that cannot be quantified – love just is.

Awakened or enlightened souls have re-harmonised their soul fragments to realign to their soul song – their inner harmonic resonance that will bring them back into alignment with their Divine Blueprint and their etheric Light-being bodies. This simply means that their consciousness is now resonating at fifth-dimensional level, allowing them to be able to find their own inner peace and ability to stay above, in the most part, the denser energies emanating from third-dimensional humanity. The more people can awaken to their own spirituality, the more rapidly the escalating energies of Ascension can work their magic.

Find your truth and face it with courage and honesty. Strip away the layers of illusion and stories that you have allowed yourself to believe to help you justify your beliefs, words, actions and choices. When you can do this, as challenging as it may be the enlightened being within your soul will emerge and lead the way, allowing you to shine your light from within you, no longer needing justification or verification from anyone but you and the Creator. Who are you? Why are you here? Are you realising your Divine Blueprint, the best spiritual existence that will lead to the reharmonization of your soul fragments and leading your to realign to you soul song?

Breathe in the light and become one with it. Give permission for your soul to ascend to the fifth dimension and to realise its mastery. The survival of the planet depends on it, for every ascended soul is one step closer to cementing in the New Age.

Moving Out of Fear and Into Love

Fear is the greatest blockage of all. It stops you from reaching your potential, and it changes the balance of power between you and what is blocking you. When you allow fear to take over you give your power away. To do this is the greatest sacrifice, and one that could change your path from the one that is intended and right to one of compromise and loss of opportunity.

Beliefs based on fear will only generate more fear which will generate the emotions of hatred and intolerance. In turn, these emotions will produce atrocities and injustices. Fear is the greatest blocker but it is also the greatest manipulator. It is widely used as a tool by those who would wish to keep the world and its population under control for financial gain. Much propaganda is fed to all of you in order to keep you in fear. Fear causes the illusion of separation and the belief that any decision you make only affects you. This is a dangerous fallacy.

When you believe in something or someone you trust in its or their worth. You hold them in good faith. Faith and trust allow you to relax your judgement and discernment, and to perhaps stop asking questions when it is not always safe not to. There are many occurrences around the world, now and in the past, whose explanations have, in the most part, been accepted by the masses. Many of the ‘truths’ are, in fact, lies to cover more sinister plans. Propaganda is a widespread practice to ensure people are kept in their comfort zones with the wool kept firmly over their eyes. It is time to stop being a sheep and to begin to practice discernment!

Do not practice blind faith or trust in matters of global importance, for those who appear most concerned may, in truth, be the perpetrators and be protecting their own interests. At this time in the world, conspiracy theories abound and fear of being contaminated is rife, either from disease or vaccination alike. When you listen to stories, either in the media, on social media or word of mouth you become embedded in their agenda and this, my friends, is the biggest danger of them all.

Do not allow fear to stop you from achieving what you have set out to do or to follow your own truth. Do not allow others to manipulate you through fear either. When you stand in your power you have access to your higher self, and that will bring you to a place of faith, trust and acceptance of self. It will also allow you to access the energy of all that is which will protect you from the lower energies in the physical and etheric realms.

There are many simple things you can do to raise your vibrations above the drama around you in order to be less fearful and more heart-centred.

Keep yourself grounded. Keep your energies completely grounded into Mother Earth and in the present by consciously grounding your energy in the morning when you rise. Feel your energy hooking into Mother Earth and then connect to Creator’s light. You will feel much more in your body all day. Alternatively, walk barefoot on the wet grass, on the sand or even on the carpet, or immerse yourself in water and be conscious of yourself in space. Whenever you feel fearful or in overwhelm, stop, take a breath and push your energy down through all your chakras. Zip up and protect your aura, become mindful of your surroundings and say a purposeful affirmation to help to bring you back to now.

Look after your health. Treat your body like a temple, because it houses your spirit and your soul. Keep hydrated, eat healthily and exercise your body. Also ensure that you get enough sleep and, as much as you can, control the amount of stress in your life. Learn to meditate or participate in relaxation, mindful and/or creative activities such as Chi Gong, Tai Chi, yoga, dance, singing, gardening, bush walking or artistic hobbies.

Learn to love yourself again. It is not possible to see everyone and everything with love if you cannot see yourself thatway! You must work at releasing past hurts and forgiving yourself for past mistakes. Do not look in the mirror and see your physical appearance. Look, rather, into your heart and see the child within. Most love for self dissipates in early to late childhood. Regain your love for yourself by sending love and forgiveness to yourself as a child. Nurture the child within and regain the love and respect for yourself that the Creator has never lost.

The universe revolves around love and love alone. Find the love for yourself and you will be able to see things from a much higher perspective, for love is the greatest un-blocker and the greatest protector. When you come from a place of love you set yourself free; this freedom will set you onto your path which you chose in communion with the Creator.
