The Five Facets of Ascension

“Ascension” is a word that has been bandied around by spiritualists for the last two and a half decades. For some, it means nothing, but for others, it has changed their lives. Ascension is not merely a matter of raising one’s vibrations and seeing things more clearly; it is a way of life that is far removed from the harsh realities of Earth. Those who have ascended live amongst those who haven’t, yet their realities are often much happier than those who are still struggling in the physical existence of life on Earth. Why and how? It’s a matter of consciousness, awareness, connection and absolute belief in the powers of the Universe. The fifth element is alignment to one’s higher self – their I AM Presence.

Spirituality is not dependent on any kind of structure that is usually found in religion, although most humans find it difficult to hold any kind of faith without attachment to a God-figure and the doctrine that comes with it. True spirituality is grounded in the truth of ones being, and the alignment to that truth brings a freedom devoid of any need for doctrine or structure that only allows certain conditions for that faith to exist. When one is aligned to one’s own truth, one is also aligned to the truth of the Universe, where only love exists within Creation itself.

Despite what any religion or spiritual master says, humans are, in fact, masters of their own destinies and create their own realities based on their belief stystems, i.e., what they know and trust to be true. There are many facets of truth, but when one can truly say they love who they are completely and unconditionally, that is when they have ascended beyond the fallacies of physical existence and have aligned to their spiritual I AM. This takes diligence and often years of stripping away trauma, pain, suffering and dis-belief in oneself.

The term ‘Ascension’ literally means ‘rising above’, so if you consider the environment you are living in at the moment, what dense energies must you work to rise above in order to be happier, more content and nicer to know? There would be a myriad of things, such as the state of the world, the influence of the media, poverty, a nasty boss, an abusive family member or rising damp in the house causing health issues for your children. Whatever it is that is causing your consciousness to remain trapped in fear and despair, consider what it would take for you to be able to ‘rise above’ the realities you find yourself in now. If the physical reality can’t or won’t change, how can you change your perspective in order to create a consciousness of change?

How aware of your thoughts are you? What are you saying to yourself that is limiting the possibilities you can believe in? Is your glass half full or half empty? Your thoughts create form, so awareness is absolute key if you would like to begin the journey of Ascension. Every time you find yourself thinking negatively about yourself, others or a situation, stop, bring in light and love to your heartspace and cut and cancel that thought. Then, turn it into a positive, fill it with light and send it out to the Universe, which is listening and will always deliver what you ask for. Be aware of your thoughts and words, because they create your reality. The higher your thoughts and intentions, the higher your consciousness will be.

How connected are you to your truth? Are you able to be honest with yourself, or are you blaming others for the way you feel? Alignment to truth can come at a cost in the short-term, but the long-term gains will always outweigh the difficulties. Humans in general do not appreciate truth because it brings everything into stark reality; much better to stay in the warm and fuzzy excuses that give licence to blaming others or to avoiding responsibility. Belief in yourself starts with taking responsibility for the words and actions you emit that affect others, and if you don’t like what you see, good on you! You are now in a position to right the wrongs of the past and to step into the light – accept your part in adversity, become aware of the belief systems you hold that are limiting your spiritual and personal growth and begin to expand your consciousness so you can harness the opportunities you have never believed possible.

So, the five aspects of Ascension are belief, awareness, consciousness, connection and alignment to one’s own truth; however, we hope that you have realised that Ascension is by no means a linear process and it happens differently for different people. Where one person may become aware first, another may suddenly find themselves thinking and perceiving things differently, and yet another may find their psychic gifts suddenly activating and their belief systems therefore challenged. No matter how it is happening for you, know that it must happen if the world is to become a safer and happier place.

The other thing we need you to know that, once you are an ascended soul and your Lightbody* is activated, that is not the end of the story! The first thing to know that there is no place for the ego in this journey; Ascension does not mean you are in any way ‘better’ than anyone else, it just means you are more aware, connected, tuned into a higher consciousness, aligned to your higher truth and have a much more positive and open belief system than others. It will almost certainly bring with it an element of responsibility to guide or assist others in their journey, whether it be through friendship or in a more professional way.

So, how to begin? The first piece of advice is to have no fear, because aligning to Who-You-Truly-Are is the most important, if not daunting, thing you could ever do for yourself and the planet. When you know and trust in yourself, love and accept yourself without condition, then you have nothing to prove to anyone else and people will feel safe to be themselves around you. The ripple effect that comes from one person making a positive change for themselves cannot be underestimated. Beginning with some deep self-reflection and honesty is a perfect way to begin.

The next is to find someone to help you; perhaps someone who has been through it themselves, or someone who has flexible skills to meet your particular needs. It is easy, when awakening, to have doubts and fears that are confusing and self-sabotiaging. A teacher or guide is invaluable to the awakening soul whose gifts are unlocking and who has no-one to believe them.

 And the last piece of advice we have is to never give up. You are never alone and you are worthy, no matter what anybody else tries to tell you. This journey is yours and yours alone, but the people and spiritual beings you invite to join you could be the difference between you ascending or being dragged back down into the human collective consciousness, which is magnetic and destructive to the development of a higher consciousness.

There is much more we could say about Ascension, but we hope that this has been enough to inspire, encourage and empower all of you to embrace your spirituality without fear and to allow Who-You-Truly-Are to shine your light as a beacon to the world. There is no better time than now.

Why so many people are leaving the planet.

In 2023, many people are coming to the crossroads in their soul contracts. Life on Earth has become very difficult for many and there has been an unprecendented number of people passing into the light in recent times. Why is this happening?

There are many reasons why so many people are dying.

For some, it is simply time. Their bodies are old and their time on Earth has come to an end. Others have become so disillusioned that they have taken their own lives, unable to see a way forward out of the darkness that surrounds them. There are many souls whose karmic contracts are being completed, or karma has been inflicted upon them, creating another cycle of incarnation. Or the dense vibrations upon Earth have created so much trauma that their essence has been corrupted and they have become too sick to continue. Higher souls are offered death doors every 5 years or so to allow them a choice as to whether they continue on their human path or leave to follow higher pursuits in the afterlife.

It has been a particularly challenging period for many, a lot of whom have chosen to leave on their own terms, leaving their families in shock and grief. Our love shines down on everyone who is mourning loved ones.Whatever the reason, death is always a choice and is a right that must be respected, even though it leaves many people grieving in its wake.

There are many levels to the spirit world, and those who take their own life will find themselves in the same holding pattern they were in when alive. This is to be expected, as one cannot suddenly become positive in spirit if the soul was weighed down by earthly concerns. It is not an easy choice to make, neither is it an easy way out. However, there is no judgement from the Creator and help is always available when the soul asks for it.

Many who have exited life earlier than their soul had chosen are masters whose work has been completed. If the work is done, there is no time to be wasted in a human body when much more can be achieved from the etheric planes where only love exists. In these cases, the soul family calls us home to continue the journey towards mastery and enlightenment.

Masters may choose to reincarnate again, but many will not. They will continue to work with their soul family, who may not necessarily have been their human family, to bring the Earth to ascension. The more souls who step into their mastery the better, because masters observe rather than participate; they guide rather than invest and they lead by shining example, sometimes sacrificing their energy for the greater good. In the energy of Source, sacrifice is not required at all leading the soul to require greater healing upon etheric return.

As the energy on Earth becomes denser, more hostile. turbulent and challenging, many more people will find themselves at a crossroad where choices may seem limited or even no longer existent. We urge all humans to connect to their soul-song and to see advice from their higher self and guides.

Terrible tragedies leave scars on the imprint of the soul that could be carried on into the next incarnation. This can happen both to victims and ones left behind. Trauma is extremely hard to lift, more so when the story is embedded with violence, abandonment and grief. If you are finding life unbearable, seek help. Spiritual, meditative practices have never been more important right now as the human race becomes more agitated and under pressure from all angles. Speak up and remember that you are never alone. Ask for help for your highest and best and we will send help in the best form. Life is meant to be a gift, not a curse. Do not allow the weight of your trauma to blind you to the possibilities for a resolution.

However you can, work to finding peace within, Dear Hearts. It’s the only way to prevent your inner and outer world from imploding.

Healing the World, One Heart at a Time

The Earth is grieving and her heart breaks, not for herself because she is resilient and strong. No, her heart is breaking for all of those who cannot ascend with her as her spirit rises out of the Third Dimension forever.

Ascension has been long and arduous and not without its problems. The process has taken many years longer than was expected because much of humanity has not answered the call. There are many reasons for this, but humanity now find itself at the brink of no return – for this reason, Mother Earth rejoices and weeps simultaneously.

As the third dimensional reality slides more and more into anarchy, oppression and fear, the fifth dimensional reality has already been separated from it. Those who have long been awoken have been working tirelessly to maintain their high vibrations and to assist those in the next wave of ascended consciousness. Awakening souls have been called to resolve their past issues and to heal from trauma, as It is not possible to maintain a fifth dimensional consciousness when one is weighed down by grief, anger, resentment and hatred. This process of healing in order to ascend once took many months, if not years, but now it is happening at a much faster rate because there is no time to waste.

Awareness of the plight of the humanity is one thing, but it takes connection to one’s spiritual essence to know that the responsibility for the density of consciousness on the planet belongs to every individual. The planet cannot move out of the grips of darkness if people do not realise that, by changing their own reality that the world around them also changes.

There is not one human in the world who does not have control over the direction that their lives are taking. It is only their thoughts and the allowance of fear to overcome their psyche and block their spiritual connections that is keeping many humans locked into the lower dimensions of consciousness. Those who cannot find the light within them will always be drawn to darker thoughts which then have negative outcomes.

I come to you today to offer assistance to unlock the grief in your hearts and to heal from the past so that you too can find the light within. Once you have done so, opportunities and possibilities that the universe can provide will suddenly avail themselves to you.

Allow my gentle energy to permeate your being, Dear Hearts! Allow me to wrap you in my wings and to gently draw out the pain, anger, grief and fear that has been locked in your bodies and energy fields, preventing you from aligning to your divinity. Bring your awareness to you crown and allow it to connect to the light of Source, the Supreme Creator whose light is one with yours. Heal your heart and begin to heal your life! Do not delay any longer, nor allow yourself to remain in fear at the hurt that it may unlock. Acceptance of your past and the path you have trodden in paramount to you beginning to write a new story for yourself and to emerging from the fog of the third dimension.

Allow yourself to heal and then watch yourself soar! Believe that you can be the change that the world needs to see and immerse yourself in the love that has been in your heart all along. When you heal, the world heals, one heart at a time.
